Ltd. Purple Metallic Baby Burn

Being that purple candies and metallics are the hardest to work with this was a test that came out better then expected. Limited, and 27.5"x7.50"and about 4 hours of prep, paint over white primer, silver wet sanded, color filled, candied in two shades of purple and is airbrushed and then printed black. Similar boards can be had for $155 and are limited in number due to the amount of time a smaller deck takes do to detail and that ever flaw at that scale is visable.

WWII Street Profile Series

Tora Tora! The A6M Mitsubishi "Zero" kicked off our first in the line silkscreened decks made in Los Angeles that are affordable riders and or pop art. Each is an exact proportional rendering of a WWII piston airplane that is silkscreened and made in Los Angeles, not China. Limited to 45 pieces, 8 in silver/blue and 2 in white/blue.

Available at Rip City, Sunken City, Venice Originals.

Mustang is next in the series and will be released in mid July.

Rip it up or rest in pieces

One of the many fans of XXX hangs his collection, the other half he rides to hell and back. The tail of the locker board I sent him as a small random section of a lockerboard I cut up to use for paint tests.

There is rumors that we will be offering silkscreen street shapes at reasonable prices.

Ride, destroy repeat

Kami Eye Perfection 2 of 2

Previous version where mostly stock off the shelf colors. However this is something different and is done in hand mixed raw pigments. The red sunburst is candy yellow, then candy orange then red, medium red and bright red over 6 coats enamel that was hand sanded, smoothed and scuffed for a pre clear. Thus when at an angle it becomes a rich orange to red because the paint slightly floats above the white letting light through and shine from the inside.

Then all new pigments for the cross detail which is just 3 components. Alcohol, water & micro pigments. They are semi opaque. The greens are all hand brushed in layers of lime, medium green translucent and yellows. Then highlights painted in to make it look elastic and wet.

Dude was very patient, thus I put all the bells and whistles into it since it is the last one ever to be seen.

Total time, 32 hours, 3 attempts over 5 months.
